2. The site and services
This website provides information about GrowthX20 and its Amazon PPC and listing services. GrowthX20 is operated by Oxions LTD, a UK business. Business address: 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom.
Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written service agreement and statement of work. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
3. No professional guarantee
Website information and account-review discussions are general business information. Amazon outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including Amazon policies, competition, inventory, pricing and customer behavior. We do not guarantee rankings, sales, click-through rate, conversion rate, ACOS or TACoS results.
The free account review is an initial assessment with practical recommendations; it is not a promise that any particular recommendation will produce a particular result.
4. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry or booking a free account review does not create a client relationship. A paid engagement starts only after a written agreement is signed by both parties. Do not share Seller Central passwords or security codes through this website. Calls are generally 30 minutes.
5. Pricing
Prices on the site are in US dollars. The final scope and fee are set in a written agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, ad spend is paid directly to Amazon and is separate from GrowthX20 fees.
Current listed prices: PPC Management $949 per month per parent ASIN, plus $149 per month per child ASIN; Listing Content and Design Overhaul $649 per listing, plus $149 per child ASIN; Premium A+ Content Design $649 per listing, plus $149 per child ASIN; Brand Story Design $349 flat for all ASINs.
PPC Management has a 3-month minimum followed by 30 days’ notice. PPC Management clients receive 50% off Listing Overhaul, Premium A+ Content Design, and Brand Story Design for the listing under PPC management. Brand Story is typically delivered within 5 business days.
6. Intellectual property
Website text, layout and graphics are owned by or licensed to Oxions LTD, except for third-party marks and materials identified as such. Do not copy or reuse site material without permission.
Your trademarks, product information and brand assets remain yours. Ownership, permitted use and handover of work created for a client are set out in the service agreement.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code or scrape the site in a way that disrupts service.
8. Third-party services
The site links to or uses third-party services, including Amazon, Calendly, Google Sheets and Google Apps Script, and website hosting and security services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control third-party sites.
9. Amazon trademark notice
Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. GrowthX20 is an independent agency and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.
10. Liability and warranties
The website and its information are provided “as is” and may not always be complete, current or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Any liability relating to paid services is addressed in the signed service agreement and applicable law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you and cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new “Last updated” date.
