The situation
The brand sold pimple patches in a niche where clicks cost about $2 or more. At $5 a click, every shopper who did not buy was expensive. The first place to look was the listing: the title wording and what the images showed.
What changed
- Shopper language in the title. "Acne patches" became "pimple patch", the term shoppers actually search with.

- Images that answer questions. They now show the pack count, size callouts that are readable on a phone, the patch on skin, a before and after, and the steps to use it.

- Supporting levers. A temporary price drop, Subscribe & Save and Vine reviews added momentum while the listing improved.
The result
Conversion rose from 10% to 16%, up 60%. Cost per click went from $5 to $4, and the rating moved from 4.1 to 4.4.

What this means for you
Check three things on your listing: the title and packaging use the same main keyword, the main image shows item count and size in a way that reads on a phone, and the first three gallery images show the product in use, a before and after, and key facts.

What we do with this at GrowthX20
We read your listing as a shopper on a phone would, and we match the title to the words they search. Then we look at the ads.
